Written by the man who built the thing it describes
Fritz J. Valdeus is the inventor of Hanetball360â„¢ and the founder of DMIL360, Inc.
He holds granted U.S. patents covering the sport and its connected equipment, including
the interactive Grundnetâ„¢. The Hanetball360 league was established on October 17, 2020,
and now operates across the United States, Cuba, Haiti and the Dominican Republic.
The Codex came out of that work. Running a league taught him that a good idea is not
enough — that anything worth keeping needs rules, philosophy, institutions, and people
willing to carry it. These five volumes are the account of what he learned holding
something together across two decades.
There was a player the staff wanted cut. Fritz refused. That player, Andelson Lormon,
went on to captain his team and carry Florida ICAN to the first championship game in
the league’s history. They lost it. The refusal still mattered — and it is the reason
these volumes take the shape they do. What you are entrusted with is almost never
finished when it reaches you.
A good idea deserves a real structure around it.
